Kids Fitness
Learning to move well, get strong, and work hard - through games they actually want to play.
What it is
Kids fitness picks up where playgroup leaves off.
Kids learn the fundamentals underneath every sport and every playground - balance, coordination, jumping and landing, climbing, throwing and catching, and body awareness - plus the basics of strength training done properly.
That means learning to squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry with good mechanics, using light equipment and their own bodyweight. Not heavy lifting. Skills, taught patiently, at their size.
Taught through games
Classes run on relays, obstacle courses, partner challenges, and team games, with the skill work built in where they don't notice they're practicing. They leave sweaty, proud of themselves, and asking when the next class is.
What they build
- Movement skills they'll use in every sport
- Strength, coordination, and body awareness
- Confidence when something feels a little hard
- The habit of finishing hard things
