Now hiring
Join the Full Circle team.
We bring fitness, play, pre and postnatal support, and community together under one roof. We're looking for warm, skilled people who love working with adults, parents, and kids and want to help build something lasting in our community.
Open roles
We're hiring for three roles.
- Fitness coaches - adults, kids, pregnancy and postpartum, Mom & Baby
- Playgroup and early childhood development class instructors
- Kids' room assistants
Many roles can be combined, so if you're qualified for more than one, we'd love to hear about all of them. All roles are part-time independent contractor positions starting January 2027, with schedules built around your availability.
Fitness coaches
Four specialties. Apply for one or several.
Coaches who can teach both adults and kids are especially welcome. Pay: starting at $30 per class, including setup and cleanup.
Adult fitness
Small group strength and conditioning classes with a focus on coaching, form, and scaling for every level.
Kids fitness
Movement classes for grades K-2 and 3-5 that teach fitness fundamentals through games and fun.
Pregnancy & postpartum
Classes for pregnant and postpartum moms, including our Strong From the Start program, with babies and toddlers welcome in the room.
Mom & Baby
Fitness classes where babies join in and are part of the workout.
What you'll do
- Lead small group classes with clear coaching, safe progressions, and options for every body
- Create a welcoming, encouraging environment where everyone feels seen and supported
- Help set up and break down equipment as the room switches between programs
- Help build connection inside and outside of class
What we're looking for
- A current, nationally recognized fitness certification (for example NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or CrossFit)
- Specialty training for pregnancy and postpartum classes (prenatal/postnatal fitness certification or equivalent experience)
- Experience coaching kids, for kids fitness classes
- Group coaching experience and a warm, patient coaching style
Playgroup & early childhood instructors
Lead parent-child playgroups or your own specialty class.
We welcome general playgroup instructors as well as specialists who teach a focused class, such as music, art, sensory play, movement, baby sign, or all-abilities classes. Occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and developmental experts are especially welcome to apply.
Pay: starting at $30 per class for playgroups, including setup and cleanup. Specialist pay is based on class format and credentials.
What you'll do
- Lead playgroups grouped by stage, from pre-crawlers through age 2 and up
- Plan age-appropriate play, songs, stories, and activities that support early development and strengthen the connection between parent and child
- Lead early childhood development classes, including all-abilities classes, or your own specialty class
- Set up and reset the play space before and after class
- Help families connect with each other and feel at home in the studio
What we're looking for
- Experience leading classes or groups for babies, toddlers, or preschoolers (early childhood education, playgroup, library programs, music classes, or similar)
- Specialists: training, licensure, or experience in your area (OT, PT, speech-language pathology, early intervention, or similar)
- A joyful, patient presence and the ability to help children feel comfortable and help parents connect with their child and one another
Kids' room assistants
The extra set of hands that lets parents focus on their workout.
You'll watch and play with kids in our kids' room while their parents work out on-site. This is not a daycare: parents stay in the building and remain responsible for their children.
Pay: $20-25 per hour.
What you'll do
- Supervise and engage babies, toddlers, and young children with play, books, and simple activities during fitness classes
- Keep the kids' room safe, clean, and welcoming
- Get a parent from class when a child needs them (parents handle all diapering and toileting)
- Help with kids in the room during pregnancy and postpartum classes when needed
What we're looking for
- Experience caring for young children (as a mom, babysitting, nannying, daycare, classroom, or camp)
- Reliable, attentive, calm, and genuinely enjoys little kids
- Weekday midday availability
